
How long in advance do I have to place my order?
We require 72 hours notice for all orders. Around major holidays or peak wedding/graduation times, we may require 1-2 weeks notice for orders.
What is the best way to place my order?
We take all orders over the phone to maximize efficiency and minimize any room for error.
How and when do I pay for my order?
We require all orders to be paid in full, in advance. Orders must be paid no later than 72 hours before the scheduled pick up day, otherwise the order will not be completed.
If placing the order by phone, we will send you an invoice to look over, which includes a link to pay. You may also pay in person if done 72 hours in advance or earlier.
Do you offer tastings?
Yes, we offer tastings “to-go” for weddings. Tasting orders require 1 weeks notice. You may choose any 4 flavors from our cupcake menu to try. We charge up front for this order, and you will receive a credit for it off your final order. Credit is limited to only 4 cupcakes.
Do you cater large events?
Yes! We cater large events of all kinds. Weddings, Graduation parties, Company appreciation events, Holiday parties..etc.
What are your hours?
We are open 7 days a week. 10am-7pm Please follow us on social media in the event we ever need to change our hours.
Do you deliver?
No, unfortunately we do not deliver. We use a daily delivery service called NOSH who will pick up and deliver the days cupcake options. While we do not encourage it, we have had customers use Uber Eats to pick up and deliver their orders. We can not guarantee cake products will be stored or handled correctly with this method.
